Compliance management
EDSC specializes in the active implementation of Environmental Management Plans (EMPs) and Resettlement Action Plans (RAPs) on behalf of clients, bridging the gap between planning and execution. While many clients comply with the preparation of safeguard instruments as required by national and international law, challenges such as limited skilled personnel, weak environmental policy frameworks, and ineffective law enforcement hinder proper implementation of mitigation measures.
